This website is using frames and CSS style sheets. The major design guidelines are to comply with the standards HTML 4.0 and CSS 2.0, and to ensure proper display with IE 5 and Netscape 4.5. (The latter does not properly display the jigsaw as background in the table above.) However it has also been tested on IE 4 and Opera 5 without any problems.
